Our Story

I am Jason. I have been designing and building structures since I was a child. My family and I have lived in several small homes we designed and built. Small house living is both rewarding and challenging. When developing our small house designs, we identified our needs and wants early in the process. Three important concepts guided our current house design:

Smarter Sheds started because of a passion for design. I have an opportunity to share designs inspired by 25 years of lessons-learned in construction. Each project has a story and its own criteria.
